compartido y protector, donde la mujer, pod\u00eda moverse y expresarse libremente, se sent\u00eda estimulada, admirada, y tranquila, rodeada por sus seres queridos; al reci\u00e9n nacido inmediatamente lo abrazaba la mama y la familia lo acog\u00eda, esta experiencia era agradable y sin separaciones, afianzando el v\u00ednculo entre madre e hijo hay otras caracter\u00edsticas que pueden soportar esta decisi\u00f3n familiar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu deseo de dar a luz sin ayuda de procedimientos m\u00e9dicos en el proceso, no uso de analg\u00e9sicos, aceleraci\u00f3n del trabajo de parto (qu\u00edmicamente), tratamiento del dolor con psico ayudas (terapias\u00a0 como aromaterapia, colorterapia, acompa\u00f1amiento familiar.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu deseo de dar a luz en un lugar c\u00f3modo y Ginec\u00f3logos) aconsejan no tener un parto planificado en casa si:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay un embarazo m\u00faltiple (m\u00e1s de un bebe)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El beb\u00e9 no est\u00e1 colocado en posici\u00f3n de cabeza (cef\u00e1lica) para el parto.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antecedentes de ces\u00e1reas<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hipertensi\u00f3n arterial durante el embarazo o como antecedente.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diabetes gestacional.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antecedente de s\u00edndrome de Hellp y\/o hospitalizaciones durante partos previos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infecciones latentes al momento del parto.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfermedades hemorr\u00e1gicas (Hemofilia, PTI, Enfermedad de Von Willebrand, defectos plaquetarios y\/o defectos con cualquier factor de la coagulaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desprendimiento de placenta (placenta previa)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Micro o macrosomias cong\u00e9nitas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El trabajo de parto no avanza lo esperado.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El beb\u00e9 presenta signos de sufrimiento fetal (taqui o bradicardia fetal, ausencia de movimientos)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El beb\u00e9 no est\u00e1 colocado de cabeza.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se identifica aumento en la tensi\u00f3n arterial<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sangrado es abundante y anormal.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se presenta inconsistencia en la adaptaci\u00f3n neonatal (APGAR menor a 7, bebe meconiado, dificultad respiratoria en el neonato, s\u00edndrome dism\u00f3rfico entre otros\u2026)<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c41d4f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c41d4f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div complicaciones que se pueden predecir desde el embarazo como las ya descritas en la pregunta anterior, pero otras como: hemorragia uterina anormal, prolapso de cord\u00f3n umbilical, sufrimiento fetal agudo que hacen que se requiera el traslado a una instituci\u00f3n de salud de inmediato, estas complicaciones se pueden suavizar si existe:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asistencia de una enfermera obst\u00e9trica certificada<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acceso a un m\u00e9dico obstetra.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un plan para transporte de emergencia al hospital m\u00e1s
